El pasado domingo 6 de octubre se disput\u00f3 el partido de vuelta de los cuartos de final en la categor\u00eda sub-12 del Torneo Estadal, serie Oro. El escenario fue la cancha de San Ignacio, donde el equipo local recibi\u00f3 a Dragones FC en un duelo decisivo por el pase a semifinales.

Last Sunday, October 6, the second leg of the quarterfinals of the U-12 category of the State Tournament, Gold Series, was played. The scenario was San Ignacio's field, where the local team received Dragones FC in a decisive duel for the pass to the semifinals.

San Ignacio llegaba con una ligera ventaja, habiendo ganado el partido de ida 1-0. Sin embargo, la preparaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n de los jugadores fue m\u00e1xima, conscientes de que se jugaban su pase a la semifinal. Un aspecto destacable de esta categor\u00eda es el nivel t\u00e9cnico de los ni\u00f1os. A remarkable aspect of this category is the technical level of the children. Despite their young age, they show a surprising mastery of the basic concepts of soccer: precise touch, clean starts from the goal, and even the ability to go back and restart the play when necessary. They don't play with the ball, but rather with a game strategy based on collective work. It is a real pleasure to see these young players already so attuned to team play.

El partido estuvo cargado de emoci\u00f3n, y no fue sino hasta los \u00faltimos minutos del segundo tiempo cuando San Ignacio logr\u00f3 romper el empate. El gol lleg\u00f3 faltando apenas seis minutos para el final, sellando la clasificaci\u00f3n a la siguiente fase del torneo. El esfuerzo de Dragones FC fue encomiable, sobre todo considerando que esta escuela, tradicionalmente enfocada en el f\u00fatbol sala, debutaba este a\u00f1o en f\u00fatbol campo.
