Thought Experiment: how woule you actually make a fair "Hive Yelp"? If you used hive for a decentralized rating system, how do you prevent stake based voting abuse?
Just run this thought experiment: imagine a hive yelp with ratings etc (steem already may have done that actually) how do you keep it fair and not ending up with just showing 5…
