Today I bring you a video on my @threespeak channel that I am very excited to show you, because last Thursday I lived a class of a rhythm called \u201cCUBAT\u00d3N\u201d, which is nothing more than a mix of Reggaeton with Cuban Timba; this rhythm is one of the best we can dance when we warm up in the dance company trainings with the @yoysalseros school.\r\n\r\nThis week they brought us a private teacher to give us a Cubat\u00f3n workshop and it was a resounding success, we all enjoyed too much to have lived this level of dance to improve our body expression and our creativity when moving when executing movements.\r\n\r\nThe song danced was the following:\r\n
