Splinterlands Art Contest // Week 351//EXPLODING DWARF

This is the first time that I have attempted this character, I wanted him to look like he was on fire, but this is as close as I could get.

I used this image as my reference and as usual I used Poser13 to create this piece.

I started out with a apocalyptic volcanic background.

I added fire to the volcanos to make the scene look red hot.

Next I made a 3D model of my Dwarf.

I added a red texture to it, to make it look more like my reference image.

I added my Dwarf to my volcanic scene.

I enhanced the lighting to make my dwarf look more explosive.

Finally I animated the scene and made the final rendering. I actually made another version of this animation where the dwarf explodes, but I ended up going with this one because that one didn't look so hot lol.
