I Choose Peace and My Battles

A week ago, I was reminded of the importance of choosing peace. When chaos returned this morning, I reflected on what I must release. These are the things beyond my control:

  • Reaction of employees and the decision makers
  • Reaction of my sons and their mother
  • Reaction of my friends and colleagues
  • Socio-economic and political conditions

I release all the things I can't control, and I choose peace. I also have to choose battles that I can win.
