Rainy Thursday, the Snake's Head & Such

Checking with my sister in LTB, she said the sky is bright where they are, while here in DD, it's crying (raining) — some blessings where they are much needed. Thank you.

Well, life goes on, no matter the weather. And sharing some fun shadow hunts during the field walk, not so long ago. The LilGuy's head shadow looked as though it were of a snake's (hence the post title, lol!)


And I don't seem to recognize whose shadows these were, LOL!


By the way, I should mention my cough has been controlled, thanks to an accidental medicine I discovered yesterday. My throat was really hurting from the nonstop howling when I suddenly remembered something I had heard before, where others claim that cold treats (or even chocolates) can sometimes help ease coughing.

"Why not try and see it for yourself?" I mumbled and went to the fridge for one of the sweet delights. Went back in front of my pc and started biting on it.


Drank water afterward and went on with my day, without minding much about anything, well, except snapping photos of my naughty boy who took advantage of his dada's absence to mess with his slippers.

Anyway, I only realized my cough was gone when I was recording the short clip with Yongi. So yes, the ice-cold treat may have worked since, aside from the pain reliever, I had not taken any other drugs. How nice! Grateful much for such a wonder! (DISCLAIMER: It might have worked for me and the others who suggested it, but the results may not be the same for everyone).

I actually asked the husband to buy honey, as it is known to help reduce coughing, but now that my howling is no more, we might enjoy it for something else, hehe!

Lil Guy is getting naughty but looks cute in action. You didn't missed shadow hunting either.
Was it a ice cream? It reminded me that I didn't taste ice cream for a long time. At least a month.

Yes, he tends to get a little naughtier when he gets bored or hungry. Not really an ice cream. It's a sweet dessert made with shaved ice, coconut, milk, and others.

I'd make sure to remember this piece of information about cold treats sometimes help in relieving colds. LilGuy looks adorable playing with the slippers :)

I don't know if it was an accident, but yes, per my first experience, it helped :)

Thank you. He rarely plays with slippers, but he always has fun when he does.

You like my son have a cough, I was worried his so much, but it's already give him a medicine in the doctor. Your pet so cute and bitting a slippers

Hehehe. The cold treat really soothes your throat?. Before we were not allowed to take anything that is cold when we have cough😁. NakaKatulong pa Pala sis.

Oo sis, kaya natuwa ako haha. Si hubby bumili ng solmux pero d ko pala need. Depende siguro kung hiyang, kasi yung iba, lumalala ang ubo pag kumain ng malamig.
