Monochrome photo for every day my personal photo challenge - 12/18/2023 - Issue - No.98 + a modest competition for everyone who wants to share a monochrome photograph.
For me this is a challenge, but for you, it can be a simple and easy read, or it can become a competition which you can read about below.
It can be fun to talk about the most useful and useless things new truths are revealed that were unnoticed by us.
I will not talk about the uselessness of many inventions that appear periodically I will draw your attention to our “useless” companion which accompanies us from our very birth and this is our own shadow.
Yes, our own shadow not only seems useless it can harm us, or prevent us from doing something for example, when we are playing hide and seek with someone or trying to take a high-quality photograph and the light source is behind our back and our shadow does not allow we have the opportunity to hide well or focus the camera on an object that we really want to see in all its glory.
The shadow in such cases is very disturbing, but this does not mean that it is completely useless if you take a walk with your child in an open space your shadow will have a real benefit and will give your child coolness.
Shadows cannot speak they cannot give an idea about the further course of events related to those who cast these shadows but they are interesting and as it turns out they are really useful.
You can join the challenge by posting a monochrome photo under this and subsequent challenge posts.
This should be any monochrome photographic work; it does not necessarily have to be black and white, sepia and other variations are welcome, and it can also be monochrome photo collages.
I will tip ALIVE to the authors of the three best photographs.
The best work can get a VSC tip from me.
Frugal contests modestly replenish the liquidity reserves of contestants through tips, and daily participation can make the modest very immodest, lol.
