Greetings Dear Readers,

.
Hope you are well.

What a Principle we have here.... 'It takes more courage to be a leader than it does to be a follower.'

Who might be some leaders in your life?.....Are you a leader?....-rhetorical questions. You should at least be a leader of yourself. This principle can be applied to you, so let's give it a look in that context.

It is worth giving a think about those roles...if you have been a leader in anything...you will know these positions are under tremendous pressure...even if the role is that of leading a Ladies Garden Club...no leadership role is without it.

Of course some roles have the experience of more pressure than others. How about posting here at Hive....there is a leadership role right there....leader of your own blog. Which is easier....posting or commenting....being a leader /poster or a follower/ commenter?

It is easy to be critical of those in leadership positions...we have our own Inner Critic as well. This principle indicates we should take pause and give an objective think to the tremendous courage it requires to take on a leadership role and it's accompanying pressure...also known as responsibility.

Let's give it a think...shall we?

Wishing you and yours all the best...God's best!
.
'For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Saviour, Who is Christ the Lord.' Luke 2.11

It is faith alone in Christ alone for eternal life.

Thank you for dropping by. ^__^

'Time for a Cuppa'
.
.
Details regarding the Photography and Painting (The Icing):

The photographs were taken in Bleujay's studio of fleurs from Bleujay's Cutting Garden....the Dahlia 'Peaches and Cream'. They have been quite plentiful this year. The backgrounds in the photos are a bit of an experiment of using canvases painted by Bleujay and a marble tile.

'Time for a Cuppa' was painted in Bleujay's Ideas Journal with the idea of having a cup of tea outdoors perhaps after enjoying a picnic....that sort of thing.

Thank you for your interest. ^__^

We are having days of so much uncertainty in my country (Venezuela) that, this post of yours today has been like a small balm needed to calm me down a bit and to understand that it is better to stay optimistic and be a bit of a "leader" and try to help those who are close to us, whether they are family or simply neighbors... Thank you very much friend, it is a beautiful photo work with your always beautiful flowers and a watercolor with those blues that remind me of the hand-painted ceramic plates that my grandmother had... I send you a lot of blessings and to all those around you...

Greetings @jlinaresp ,

Thank you for dropping by with your lovely reply and kind gifts of tokens and Discovery.

You have been in my thoughts...with Venezuela very much in the news reports.

I am happy to hear the post was helpful.

You will be a rock to those about you. This is your opportunity to point to our Saviour and His Grace Gift of Salvation...they will be ready to listen. That is the real issue...Where they will spend eternity. Principle; All reality is invisible.

Thank you for your appreciation of the photography and the watercolour...You are too kind.

Here's wishing you and yours all the best...God's best!,

Such lovely artistry and creativity! The combination of your own painted canvases and the marble tile as backgrounds gives the photos a truly elegant and unique touch. The Peaches and Cream dahlias look absolutely stunning — vibrant yet soft. And Time for a Cuppa sounds so charming; it perfectly captures that peaceful, reflective moment after a pleasant day outdoors. Beautiful work, as always

Wow, this really made me think. I’ve never looked at leadership that way — being the leader of your own life actually takes a lot of courage.

I prefer to keep a low profile, in fact if I can go unnoticed even better, I consider myself a leader of myself, the reason, every decision I make is based on my analysis, observation, few people influence me, well, life has been too hard on me, so it is easy for me to be alone and even ignore the people who hurt me, as I always say and will say I NEVER forget the good and the bad that they do to me

Greetings @lupega ,

How very kind of you to drop by....appreciate hearing your thoughts.

Life is amazing, is it not.

There is nothing wrong with 'low profile' as a Modus Operandi and preference....however it would be to our benefit to be ready should we be thrust into the spot light. By 'ready' is meant 'poise and polish'.

Thank you for dropping by.

Kind Regards, Bleujay

What amazing arrangements you created for those pictures. They came out gorgeous! That really is some amazing work!

Leadership is a natural instinct for some, in others it's learned. I became a leader early on in sports and then also in my years in the US Army Reserves. These days I lead when it's necessary, but I do enjoy letting others drive the "bus" at this point in my life. I agree, one must be the leader of at least your own life and destiny. You only live once and should take advantage while you can.

Faith is very important as well, it does help you have a picture bigger than just here and now. Life is short and belief is essential in my mind!

Appreciate hearing of your military service...a noble deed...and faith, quite essential. ^__^

A glitch....I suppose...when I upvoted your comment...a downvote is reflected as well....interesting...I shall look about to see what could be the problem.
