Power of longevity in life

More important than living long

These days, ‘longevity’ is considered a great blessing.

In the age of 100, there is an abundance of information on how to live long and healthily.

But suddenly, this thought occurred to me.

“Is living long really important?

Isn’t there something more important?”

Some people have lived long lives, but they have lived their entire lives filled with resentment and regret,

while others have lived short lives, but they have lived with true love, forgiveness, and gratitude.

How you live is more important than how long you live.

If each day is filled with love,

then that life is already a success.

If life is moving toward eternity,

living this moment meaningfully,

isn’t that the most valuable life?

Loving myself, loving others,

encouraging myself for my hard work,

telling my family that I love them,

living so that no one hates me,

I hope to live a life that leaves no regrets later.
