The Driven and Compassionate Achiever (My Introductory Post)

Motivated. Soft hearted. Persistent
These words accurately describe how both I and those closest to me perceive my character.
Despite the qualities they see in me, what they don't know is that I am someone who has overcome significant life trials, yet I continue to fight and engage with them with a smile.

Hello everyone! My name is Naneth. You can call me “Neth”. I am a teacher by profession, teaching first grade for 14 years. Because of this, I feel a natural closeness to young children and am very comfortable in teaching them. I'm so glad to have found this platform! A place where I can offer a look into my world, serving as my personal online journal. Here, I'll be opening about my interests, sharing my stories and life experiences, celebrating my triumphs, and even reflecting on my failures. I truly hope you'll find inspiration and insights here, and I'm equally excited to learn from you as we connect.

Getting to know me.

2-INTRO.jpg
I grew up in a small barrio in the province. Since childhood, my parents instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility. Although I was shy when I was young, that did not prevent me from demonstrating my knowledge. Coupled with diligence and hard work, I was consistently valedictorian from first grade until I finished elementary school. I remained a consistent honor student throughout high school, and although I struggled in college as a mathematics major, I strived to improve my grades to make my parents even prouder. I continued until I finished my studies.

3-INTRO.jpg

Growing up, my shyness often kept me quiet, and I rarely initiated conversations. This meant I didn't have a large circle of friends. As I've gotten older, I've gradually connected with people and built meaningful friendships. Even today, my group of friends is small, but I truly value their authenticity. I've come to realize that I don't need a lot of friends; a few genuine connections are far more important to me.

4-INTRO.jpg

I earned my Bachelor of Secondary Education, with a specialization in Mathematics. Through divine grace and my own persistence, I successfully passed the licensure examination for teachers on my first attempt. After I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers, I spent two years teaching in a private school. This period not only allowed me to gain experience while pursuing my target of teaching in public schools, but it also brought me immense joy in teaching and invaluable friendships. My colleagues became true friends, offering crucial support as I navigated new adjustments. Initially, I was hesitant to teach high school students, as I perceived them to be less compliant with their teachers. I found myself drawn to teaching younger children, believing them to be both inherently sweet and more receptive to instruction. Fortunately, I secured a position at an elementary private school.

5-INTRO.jpg
After my time in private school, I decided to apply to a public school. Fortunately, I was hired easily and began teaching at the first-grade level. Over time, I not only adapted to this new environment but also developed a genuine fondness for it.
My teaching journey here has presented its share of challenges. There have been moments when I was deeply moved by my students' touching stories. Each time this happened, I promised myself to always be kind and understanding. Special occasions like Teachers' Day consistently touch my heart, especially the thoughtful surprises from my students and their parents. These gestures beautifully illustrate the strong bonds we've formed.

6-INTRO.jpg
Throughout my teaching career, I've faced numerous challenges, including issues with collaboration and the complexities of modern teaching methods. Despite these difficulties, my love for my students remains constant and continues to blossom.

7-INTRO.jpg
As I strive to progress in my career, I'm constantly reminded of life's unavoidable challenges. Life isn't always easy. In fact, my experience has shown me that trials and difficulties often outweigh the happy, easy days. My journey has included significant health battles, specifically three major operations on my ovary and fallopian tube. Despite these arduous experiences, fate has been kind. I'm blessed with a small but happy family, and I can truly say my life partner is an exceptional person. We continue to face many trials even now, but through it all, I will quietly persist and fight. I know that one day, everything will be fine.
Discovering this platform through @antonette post immediately sparked my interest in having a space to freely express myself. I reached out to her for guidance on getting started, and she was incredibly patient, walking me through all the rules and policies. I'm really looking forward to sharing my inner voice, as writing has always been a comforting outlet for me.
I fully understand and vow to respect the strict prohibition of AI in posts. What also excites me is the emphasis on quality engagement within the community. I think it will be wonderful to connect with others who share my passions.
Rest assured, every post you read from me, now and in the future, will be genuinely my own thoughts. While my photos are personally taken, they are enhanced using Canva.
I invite you to join me as I embark on this blogging journey, aiming to spread positivity and uncover new growth and opportunities in this digital world. Thank you for reading!

Welcome to the Hive community @naeeth!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Have fun and happy Hiving!
