Children are born with special abilities that enables them to absorb things so fast, at this point their sense of sight, hearing and Smell is at its developing stage so this makes them learn and observe things quickly than the average adults, I guess they trying to make sense of what's happening, from thence they learn from their first teacher you the parents, their first word comes from what you say often, their first move starts from the gesture you make at them, and so as they grow from creche we teach directs and help them make their ever firsts.

As they grow they began to understand everything you do, learning everything in the process, and because of their high intuitive sense they began to try doing what they see you do often, they're even all excited about it, say a parent is a carpenter, a plumber, a mechanic or whatsoever, now by observing these things they're all the more interested as their interest grew they began developing passion for it, however it is upon these parent to notice these and guide thier kids appropriately.

Children innates abilities are supernormal

These might not be the case for every child, as they might be more inclined to other things, mind you influence comes from all angles, say what they see on TV, peer group, friends, teachers, school activities etc. As children grow the began developing interest on various things fuelled by many other factors as well at a very tender age parents could willingly guide them to making a good career path or choose a decent skillset that would impact greatly on them.
