A perfect dreem space
Everyone has dreams they want to achieve, firstly we have to set achievable goals, most times people set goals that take them forever to achieve, dreams come from things we love doing, from our interests and hobbies, goals are ambitions, our aims, efforts to accomplish our dreams.
This is the first time I have come across the word "dreem", it does not refer to the picture or emotions and feelings you portray when you sleep, it simply refers to your aspirations in life, those things you've always had in mind to achieve, the perfect picture you've painted for your future self, in life, there will be challenges and what are the solutions you have to tackle these challenges if they arise. Self-doubt is one challenge faced by many and myself most times.
Growing up I've always wanted to be an accountant, whenever I see pictures of accountants I get super excited and get enticed by the way they dress, talk, and how amazing it is to provide solutions to businesses to enable them to carry out effective decisions. They say if business fails today blame it on the accountant.
Currently, I've been able to achieve my dream of becoming an accountant but I'm not satisfied, I'm wanna be a pro, I want to further, I don't just want to be an accounting graduate, I want to hold a professional certificate.
My dream is to become a certified accountant recognized by law, I want to be known by the world even if my professional certificate can only be useful in Nigeria, but that doesn't stop me from doing what I want, thinking of starting my professional classes next year, I have been able to raise the funds for it and I'm grateful for that.
Gone are the days of pen and paper, currently, companies use accounting software to track their performance in the global market, here is another aspect of accounting I want to focus on, it will make me stand out in the crowd when acquired.
What I need to achieve my dreams
Firstly I need a laptop to be able to learn accounting software like Quickbook, wave, and Xero. I can't use my phone to learn all these because I need bigger storage to store large amounts of data like documents and take online classes.
Secondly, Funds to start up my professional classes, I've been able to save up some funds for my classes, I disciplined myself not to have access to my savings account and that has been helpful.
Lastly, don't forget that challenges will always arise in order to achieve our dreams in life, giving up is never an option, and giving up is for the weak but you and I are not weak, we are strong and fearless and remember there is always light at the end of every tunnel.

Challenges indeed come up most times in our lives and it has an impact on our goals too or cause them to delay. Regardless of any distractions, we should pull through and stand upright in achieving our dreems.
I read a sentence where you said that you just came across the word “Dreem" the first time and this prompted me to ask...have you registered through dreemport before and read what's about? I'm sure you have come across comments in your posts having a Hashtag “ #dreemer or #dreemerforlife” those are coming from dreemers who dreem with us hehe.
Funny enough, we have lots in common regarding accounting. I am a student of accountancy and I studied to this extent. I also planned to move further with my ICAN which is a professional exam and dang! You're right! We have passed the era of books and pens to do transactions and with the provision of accounting software, one can do much better and easier. Thanks for highlighting this as I have taken a record of them already.
Getting a laptop would give you quality time to explore and navigate this software because the program and that of a mobile phone ain't the same! I wish you well in your goals and I love your energy!

I am a qualified accountant. What route are you going to pursue re your studies? It is certainly a rewarding career choice in terms of financial stability. The fact that you are passionate about it and have been all your life will stand you in good stead! I hope your dreem takes off in 2024.
