Furniture of Different Prices and Progress on TerracoreHub

Hello friends.

When I builded a house for the family to live in and I also needed furniture to place inside the house.

So, I decided to make or buy the urgently needed table and benches.
It cost me over 300 million Myanmar kyats (Est.value USD$ 7000) to buy the land, build the house, dig a well and install electricity.
At that time, I didn’t have much money and I had to borrow 65 million Myanmar kyats (USD$ 1500) from my relatives.
So, first of all, I bought a table and bench made of palm branches that were being sold in the village.
I paid 38,500 Myanmar kyats (USD$ 9) for a pair of these traditional rural table and benches. These palm-made furniture pieces will last for around 10 years if used properly indoors.

Then, when my neighbor went to a village on the banks of the Ayeyarwady River to buy teak wood, my wife ordered some teak wood to make a bench.
When the teak wood became available, I hired a carpenter to make the furniture.

Now, I have a teak table and benches.
I painted it to make it look better.
The total cost of this teak table and benches was 730,000 Myanmar kyats (USD$170).

The above table and benches made of palm wood and the table and benches made of teak wood are the same in terms of functionality.
However, they are different in terms of prestige and strength.
Therefore, the difference in value between the two is 19 times.

Now, I have two sets of furniture in my house.
When guests come over, we can sit down and eat and chat.

ထိုအခါ ကျွန်တော်၏ လက်ထဲ၌ ငွေ များများ မရှိတော့သည့်အပြင် ဆွေမျိုးသားချင်း ဆီမှ မြန်မာငွေ ၆၅ သိန်း (USD$ 1500) ချေးယူထားခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
ဒီတော့ ပထမဦးစွာ ကျေးရွာအတွင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ကာ ရောင်းချနေသော ထန်းလက် စားပွဲ နှင့် ခုံတန်းလျား တို့ကို ဝယ်ယူဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒီ ကျေးလက်ရိုးရာ ထန်းပင်၏ အခက်အလက်ဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ထားသော စားပွဲ နှင့် ခုံတန်းလျား တစ်စုံကို မြန်မာငွေ ၃၈၅၀၀ ကျပ် (USD$ 9) ပေးချေခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
ဒီ ထန်းလက်ဖြင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ထားသော ပရိဘောဂများသည် အိမ်အတွင်း၌ စည်းကမ်းရှိစွာ အသုံးပြုပါလျှင် ၁၀ နှစ် ဝန်းကျင် ခိုင်ခံ့ပါတယ်။

ထိုနောက်တော့ အိမ်နီးချင်းအိမ်တစ်အိမ်မှ ဧရာဝတီမြစ်ကမ်းက ကျေးရွာသို့ ကျွန်းသစ် ဝယ်ယူရန် သွားမည်ဆိုသောအခါ ကျွန်တော်၏ ဇနီးသည် ခုံတန်းလျား ဆောက်လုပ်ရန် ကျွန်းသစ် မှာယူခဲ့ပါသည်။
ကျွန်းသစ်များ ရရှိလာသောအခါ ပရိဘောဂများ ဆောက်လုပ်ရန် လက်သမားဆရာ ဆီ အပ်နှံထားခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ယခုအခါမှာတော့ ကျွန်းသစ် ဖြင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ထားသော စားပွဲ နှင့် ခုံတန်းလျား တစ်စုံ ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါပြီ။
ဒါနဲ့ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ဆေးရောင်ချယ်ခဲ့သည်။
ဒီ ကျွန်းသစ် ဖြင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ထားသော စားပွဲ နှင့် ခုံတန်းလျား တစ်စုံ၏ စုစုပေါင်းကုန်ကျစရိတ်သည် မြန်မာငွေ ၇၃၀၀၀၀ ကျပ် (USD$ 170) ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အထက်ပါ ထန်းလက်ဖြင့် ဆောက်လုပ်သော စားပွဲ၊ ခုံတန်းလျား နှင့် ကျွန်းသစ်ဖြင့် ဆောက်လုပ်သော စားပွဲ၊ ခုံတန်းလျား တို့သည် အသုံးဝင်ပုံခြင်းမှာ တူညီကြပါသည်။
သို့သော် ဂုဏ်ဒြပ် နှင့် ခိုင်ခံ့မှုတော့ ကွာခြားကြပါသည်။
ထိုအတွက် ဒီနှစ်မျိုး၏ တန်ဖိုးကွာခြားချက်မှာ 19 ဆမျှ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ကဲ ယခုအခါမှာတော့ ကျွန်တော်၏ အိမ်၌ ပရိဘောဂ နှစ်စုံ ရှိနေပါပြီ။
ဧည့်သည်များ လာရောက်ပါလျှင် ထိုင်ကာ အစားအစာတွေ စားရင် စကားစမြည်ပြောနိုင်ပါပြီ။

I started playing the TerraCore Game about 782 days ago.
My Rank is now in 165 and ⭐ 17 .

As a starter I bought $10 worth of Citizenship for 27.229 HIVE.

Now I invested 176.586 HIVE or 59.146$ into TerraCore Game up to date.

The TerracoreHub game is played but not really playable.
It's a strategy game that adds battle to mining.

If I look at my TerraCoreHub game progression so far;

The SCRAP I received from Mining and Battle Fight was used in 100 for Stash Size and 1681 for Engineering Upgrading respectively.

Now my TerraCore Game Stats are Stash Size 84600, Favor 3640, Engineering 42, Damage 714.209, Defense 723.183 and Equipments Horizon Ship, Scanner Droid Avatar, Micro Blaster, Heavy Battle Suit and Torque Wrench.

I used 62780 SCRAP for Engineering, Damage and Defense Upgrading above the stats table.
I used 88345 SCRAP for Stash Size and Favor.
And I used 316 SCRAP and 17.2 HIVE for Equipment.
So, I have used 347068 SCRAP Tokens in playing Game TerraCoreHub.

I will receive SCRAP 882 tokens per day from Mining if I am not robbed by others .
