The word "health" is a broad term that means "the total well-being of the physical, mental, social, financial, emotional, and material well-being of the body, and not just the absence of any kind of disease or infirmity."

Fitness, on the other hand, can be defined as the ability for the physical body to be able to perform certain activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength, and to recover effectively.

That means to be healthy and fit is to be totally well in every ramification and be able to perform your daily activities with ease.Back to the question, 'Do I consider myself a healthy and fit person?'Yes, I am healthy and fit; I might not be a hundred percent where I want to be, but I am definitely doing well and making significant progress.

I prioritize my well-being seriously; though I do not go to the gym, I make sure I take a walk in my neighborhood every day for at least nothing less than thirty minutes. I am also mindful of the kind of food I eat. While I would not lie and say that I do not eat junk food, I make sure that about eighty-five percent to ninety percent of the food I eat is what nourishes my body. I try as much as I can to ensure that the food I eat contains as many classes of food as possible.

I also make time for fun activities that make me happy, like playing games with family. I have this Ludo board in the house, and I play with my husband during our leisure time. While it allows us time to bond, it also stimulates our minds and reasoning capabilities. Sometimes, I make time for indoor aerobics. Just to help reduce tensions in my muscle and aid my fitness.

As part of my conscious attempts towards all-round healthy living, I read books and actively write. This keeps my mind sharp, engaged, and fresh. In staying healthy and keeping fit, I make deliberate efforts towards setting milestones, the accomplishments of which would ultimately lead to my overall health and fitness.

Since last year, I rekindled my capoeira course (after 18 years I couldn't access any gym) for the sake of my bones mainly. Taking the opportunity it's offered for free in my city, thanks God.
