My Comfort Places: Where I Find Peace Amid Life’s Storms

Atimes, we crave staying grounded due to how much overwhelming we feel with the issues of life. But then, our safe haven , a place we can call comfort place makes it easier to achieve calmness and feel rejuvenated from the storms of life.

Everyone has different kind of places we may tag a comfort place . It differs from one person to another , but as long as it brings you peace , comfort , relief, softness, and the likes , then it's great. Life stretches me a lot on the quest to make ends meet , on the quest to see my goals achieved and live a more happy life. There are noises around , a lot of things out there keeps my heart at unrest but at the end of the day, I seek for peace , I seek for comfort , though not in a place that looks like a luxury but my comfort places are nature parks and a corner in my home

Recently , I have been telling my friends that I feel so much of sadness within. A lot of things unfolding in way I never envisioned avd it's literally making me sad and each day, I lose my appetite, wallowing in pain and wishing that things are just the way I want it to be. In the past two weeks, I have been wishing for the unthinkable , my mind have travelled miles away and I kept imagining a lot to take shape over night , but the more I wish to have super powers to correct things happening around me mow, the more I see it turning out negatively and the more i.lose it, feeling so overwhelmed, drained physically and exhusted . But then, within my body system, I knew that it's begining to affect it. I am no longer whole and need to retrace my step.

My comfort place has been to my rescue, my life saver, a corner I stand to talk to my Creator who always gives me reassurance that all will be well through the scriptures . I do not take it lightly , visiting this comfort place of mine whenever life throws its usual waves on me. It's a corner where I have my silent prayers, refections and then laughter , remember not every place in my home but a particular corner designed for its purpose

Then there's the Lufasi Nature Park, it's just a stone's throw from my home, where tranquility speaks, a place where nature speaks, where coziness speaks, and where my spirit kisses the calmness over there that runs through my veins, supplying me with this unusual peace and an environment devoid of chaos. This corner in my home works wonders, but I do not joke with nature while seeking comfort, as well.

At the end of the day, it's all about embracing what practically works for us while we hold onto our different gateways and the peace it brings
