My Fitness Journey – From Football to Mental And Physical Strength
To be honest, I’ve always been a fit person. being active has always been a part f me, sometimes i think i am too active for my own good. It just happened naturally for me, mostly because of football. Football has always been a part of my life. Since I was young, I played it almost every day. It kept me active, fast, and focused. At a point, I was even about to go pro in football, but things didn’t work out like that. Life happened, and the dream had to take a different shape

But that never stopped me from staying fit. Football trained my body, no doubt, but it also trained my mind. A lot of people think if you play football you’re automatically healthy, but that's not true. Some players get tired quickly or have hidden health issues. In my own case, I thank God because I’ve always been a very healthy person

That’s not to say I’ve never been sick before. Of course, I’ve had my down moments too. But the thing is, I don’t fall sick often, and even when I do, it doesn’t last long. My body recovers fast, and I always bounce back. I think that’s because of how active I’ve been my whole life. My immune system is strong, and my mental strength is even stronger

There was a time I joined a pre-navy junior training camp. That experience changed me. It’s not just anybody that can be part of that. You have to be physically and mentally strong to even be considered. The exercises were not easy, and they were not just looking at your muscles or how fast you can run. They tested your mindset, your patience, and how you handle pressure

That’s where I really understood that fitness is not just about physical strength. One major reason why I still exercise today is because of my mental health. It clears my head, it keeps me sharp. Some people see working out as stress, but for me it’s therapy. It helps me fight overthinking, laziness, and negative vibes

Over time, I’ve learned that fitness is not about being the strongest or having six-packs. For me, it’s about balance. Being healthy inside and outside. Being able to walk long distances without getting tired, eat right without always falling sick, and handle stress without breaking down. That’s the real strength if you ask me

And I’m still improving. Fitness is a journey, not a destination. Some days I don’t feel like working out, and that’s okay. I rest and come back stronger. What matters is consistency. Staying true to the lifestyle and not giving up, even when no one is clapping for you

<div class="So yeah, I might not have made it to the professional football level, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come with my body and my health. I’m proud that I don’t just look strong, I actually feel strong, physically and mentally. And to be honest, that’s what really matters to me-justify">
