Happy Hiveday to Me. Yup!! I suck-s-fully completed 8 years on Hive with 3.5K HP. Nevertheless, it's a very big personal achievement for me. To be able to be around this long of anything. TBH, I am proud of this achievement because this small badge is the appreciation from the community for my contribution, no matter how small that may be. Also, this badge confirms that I really do love writing. It may not be top tier, but whatever I am churning out and coughing up on the Hive Ecosystem is 100% organic and with love. Although the churning out and coughing up may not be the correct term to express my feelings but this will have to do for now.

But all of this made me look back at my journey, with just about 400 posts from my account in 8 years, that means 50 posts a year. The number says that I was slow. But I think the journey was memorable from the First ever post of me quitting Smoking. That was a big thing. I haven't smoked since then, maybe a couple of drags in 2019 when I moved to Mumbai, but never a complete stick. Really big thing.

I had been posting memes and random stuff, hoping to go viral at some point. And it was after the likes and shares so much that I forgot to post my intro. And it comes after 1 and ½ months. Now that's some god tier laziness.

I was always under the impression that I never posted a pic of myself here on Hive, but to my surprise, I was treating Hive like my Facebook. At that time. I posted so many pics of myself on this network. But it's nice to share feelings and adventures with others.

I also noticed that most of my blogs were movie reviews. It's funny that I subjected myself to such torture of a movie in the name of entertainment. But I think of it as a community service. You know saving the people from Bullshit.

And if someone wants to pull out the data of the most unfinished stories. I think I am going to top that list. In the span of 8 years, I have written many stories, but I have finished a surprisingly low number of them. No writer's block, No trapped in characters' development, No writing myself to corner, I guess the one to blame would be my laziness and my inability to make time for myself. I don’t even remember what the plans are from here.. LOL!!!

Going back to the older post has brought some nice memories. And reminded me why I am doing this in the first place. I LOVE WRITING. I may complain about it a lot, but I love sharing my thoughts and feelings through words.
