And sometimes you do not have such equipment due to which you are not able to do whatever you want to do.

Lack of motivation :

Many times we start something but our motivation gets broken and we are not able to carry it on. Many people join and start something new but they do it for some time and then leave it or forget about it. Very few people are there who can do it continuously and those who can do it, they definitely see a change in their life.

Not consistent :

See, not being consistent is a big problem, no matter what you are doing, you have to be consistent. If you are going for a run in the morning, then you should be consistent.
