𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝑰 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝑰𝒏 𝑨 𝑵𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒚 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅

The world is so full of distraction and it takes constant effort to stay focused.

A lot things can make one lose focus, talking about how bad the economy is, health issues, social media, emotional baggage and so on.

For me, I found a way to stay focus regardless of how hard it may seem. What's my hack? Keeping my eyes on the prize!

I'm one who is very disciplined when it comes to achieving my goals, and in order to stay focus I write them down.

Everyday has its own goals and whenever I don't meet up, I feel like a failure for the day, so I try so hard not to end up feeling so bad.

Despite being so hard on myself, I realize how social media has suddenly become a huge distraction for me lately. I could be focused on what I'm doing this minute and next thing, I'm endlessly scrolling my social media accounts.

I understand that sometimes, life gets overwhelming and one needs a little escape but then I also realize, this act was starting to affect my productivity.

So what did I do? I set a time limit for social media. Thankfully my phone came with such setting.

Each social media account has curfew. I set them to about five to ten minutes each and once the time Elpases I'm out and back to my goal for the day. It has helped me value my time as one of my biggest assets.

Another way I try to stay focus is leading a life free of envy and competition. The truth is, envy has a way of draining a person. Because, you push yourself beyond your limit just to be like the next person and doing so can make a person feel burned out. I live my life the simplest and happiest way ever. The only competition I am in, is against mysey. I always want to be better than who I was yesterday.

I also take my health seriously, by trying to get enough sleep. I realize that the days I don't sleep well, I find it hard to be very productive.

Lastly, I try as much as possible to shut out the noise the world has to offer. Everyone want to give you a piece of advice, has an opinion for you and all of that.

I do me! I do what works for me and take full responsibility for my actions. More to that, I live without fear or seeking validation from others. My music has also been a way of staying true to myself and staying focus when it feels so hard. I just plug in my ear pods and just take life one day at a time.
