Today I'm going to tell you a story that happened a few days ago.

I took my dog, Zoe, to the pet store for a bath. She is a very smart dog, but also a little fussy.

When I arrived at the pet shop, Zoe was very excited, wanting to play with everyone and they took her to another room to wait for her bath.

I left her there and went home.

When I was home, I received a call from the pet store. They warned me that Zoe had run away! I was desperate!

I called the pet store and they told me that they were looking for her, that she managed to escape from the space she was in, that they didn't know if the employee didn't lock it properly or if she somehow managed to open it. In any case, I believe more in the first option.

I didn't know what to do, and that's when the intercom rang. Soon I thought, they found it and came to bring it to me.

Do you know who it was, the concierge of my building telling me that Zoe was outside, lying at the gate. I didn't believe it! I was so happy and at the same time still desperate!!!

My first reaction was to go to the balcony to see the street, and there it was. I even thought that she wasn't lying there, is it possible that she managed to get home alone?

She walked more than 3 km from the Pet Shop to get home, crossing very busy avenues full of cars!

I ran down and hugged him so hard! I was so relieved that she was okay.

I know she took a huge risk. I'm traumatized by this because I've lost some dogs that escaped from home when I lived in another city and were run over.

I'm still a bit in shock about what happened, but I'm happy that Zoe arrived safely.

I think the fact that her walker walked her around the neighborhood helped. But I also think she had a guardian angel who guided her.

I'm so grateful to have Zoe back with me. She is my best friend.

Petshop sent me an apology and a toy for her, I accepted immediately, but I will still never take her to that place again, I thought it was very careless.

O dia em que Zoe fugiu do banho

Olá pessoal!

Hoje eu vou contar uma história que aconteceu há alguns dias.

Eu levei minha cachorrinha, a Zoe, para o banho no pet shop. Ela é uma cachorrinha muito esperta, mas também um pouco agitada.

Quando eu cheguei no pet shop, a Zoe estava muito animada querendo brincar com todo mundo e levaram ela para uma outra sala para aguardar o banho.

Eu deixei ela lá e voltei para casa.

Quando eu estava em casa, recebi uma ligação do pet shop. Eles me avisaram que a Zoe tinha fugido! Eu fiquei desesperada!

Liguei para o pet shop e eles me disseram que estavam procurando ela, que ela conseguiu escapar do espaço que ela estava, que não sabiam se o funcionário não trancou direito ou de alguma forma ela conseguiu abrir. Em todo caso, acredito mais na primeira opção.

Eu fiquei sem saber o que fazer, e foi ai que o interfone toca. Logo pensei, acharam ela e vieram trazer pra mim.

Sabe quem era, a porteira do meu predio me falando que a Zoe estava la fora, deitada no portão. Eu não acreditei! Fiquei tão feliz e ao mesmo tempo ainda desesperada!!!

Minha primeira reação foi até a varanda para ver a rua, e lá estava ela. Até pensei que não era era lá deitada, será possível que ela conseguiu voltar pra casa sozinha?

Ela andou mais de 3 km do Pet Shop para chegar em casa atravessando avenidas muito movimentadas e cheias de carros!

Desci correndo e abracei com tanta força! Fiquei tão aliviada que ela estava bem.

Eu sei que ela correu um baita risco. Eu sou traumatizada com isso porque já perdi alguns cães que escaparam de casa quando morava em outra cidade e foram atropelados.

Eu ainda estou meio em choque com o que aconteceu, mas eu estou feliz que a Zoe chegou bem.

Eu acho que o fato de o passeador dela fazer os caminho com ela pelo bairro ajudou. Mas eu também acho que ela teve um anjo da guarda que a guiou.

Eu sou muito grata por ter a Zoe de volta comigo. Ela é a minha melhor amiga.

O Petshop me mandou pedidos de desculpas e um brinquedo pra ela, eu aceitei na hora, mas mesmo assim nunca mais vou levar ela nesse local, achei muito descuido.
