Two years of Zeus [ENG-SPA]
Today I am sharing with you the second birthday of Zeus, my furry grandson, adopted by my daughter and son-in-law a little over two years ago.
I remember as if it was yesterday when they went to pick him up, he was tiny and fearful, at his young age he had been through a lot and most of his days since he was born were of lack, danger, hunger and anxiety in the street.
My daughter, a fanatic and canine lover like me, searched several shelters until she found this beautiful little black dog with the face of an angel.
Les comparto el día de hoy el cumpleaños número dos de Zeus, mí nieto peludo, que adoptaron mi hija y mi yerno hace poco más de dos años.
Recuerdo como si fuera ayer cuando lo fueron a buscar, era pequeñito y miedoso, a su corta edad había pasado por mucho y gran parte de sus días desde que nació fueron de carencia, peligro, hambre y zozobra en la calle.
Mi hija una fanática y amante de los caninos al igual que yo, buscó por varios refugios hasta que encontró a este hermoso negrito con carita de angel.

Many traumas she had, such as fear of getting in the car and going outside, had to be dealt with.
El 11 de Marzo de 2025, fue su segundo cumpleaños, un tiempo fundamental para él de enseñanza y adaptación a su nueva vida.
Cuando llegó a nuestra familia, mi hija tuvo mucho trabajo que hacer en relación a su adiestramiento y mejorar su comportamiento.
Se tuvieron que manejar muchos traumas que tenía, como el miedo a subirse al carro y salir a la calle.
Zeus not only had a birthday cake but was also taken for a walk in his favourite square and of course he ran and played until he got tired.
And as if that wasn't enough, in the evening he was given a special birthday cake that my daughter bought for him from a girl who makes these cakes with all natural ingredients, carrots, oats, eggs, etc; no sugar or any other ingredient that can harm our canines.
Zeus no solo tuvo un pastel de cumpleaños sino también lo llevaron a pasear a su plaza favorita y por supuesto corrió y jugó hasta cansarse.
Y como si fuera poco, en la noche se le cantó cumpleaños con un pastel especial que mi hija le compró en una chica que hace estos pasteles con ingredientes totalmente naturales, zanahoria, avena, huevo, etc; sin azúcar ni ningún otro ingrediente que le pueda hacer daño a nuestros caninos.

La carita de Zeus cuando vio el pastel y le cantaron cumpleaños, fue algo inolvidable.
Esperó hasta que le dieron permiso para comerla 😍, hermoso.
I have great faith that with the love and care of my daughter and the family that found this beautiful mongrel that is linked with pitbull, but whose noble and loyal heart, will remain for many years among us and continue to give us so much love every day.
Tengo mucha fe que con el amor y los cuidados de mi hija y de la familia que encontró este bello mestizo que está ligado con pitbull, pero cuyo corazón noble y leal, permanezca por muchos años entre nosotros y siga dándonos tanto amor cada dia.
Dios mío que bonita historia, los felicito, el mundo necesita más personas como ustedes, los perritos, los animalitos en general que dejan a su suerte, oye es triste. Me alegra Zeus haya encontrado un buen hogar y sea amado.
