BENEFITS OF PLAY FOR CATS (En - Es)

Hello, good morning to all. One of the things that makes me most happy to be able to integrate my herd of kittens, is that once they accept each other, the fun play therapies begin. At the beginning of my cat motherhood, I was scared when they played because I thought they were scratching each other's souls out, hahahaha, and they have very rough games, but that's just the way they are.
A friend told me: “Don't worry, that's their way of playing, contrary to the real fights that you will see them with their back and tail like a hedgehog, and their little body bent like a camel”, since that day I have been watching those two attitudes.
Nevado is a kitten in special condition, still very innocent, he is like a hyperactive child at times, calm when it is time to rest. He never looks for a fight, but if he is attacked he defends himself because the time he spent in the street taught him somehow to defend himself in order to survive. It makes me so sad every time I think about it, but thank God he is now safe.
He usually wants to stay playing, considering that so far his only playmate is Chiquilín, who never seems to get tired, but nevertheless, Nevado overcomes him and Chiqui ends up running away from him and climbs on me looking for help.
Lupe was always playful, but Lucky doesn't play like he used to. The onset of his old age has made him lazy and sleepy. On the other hand, Lupe still rejects Nevado and this attitude has deprived him of the play so necessary for them.
That is why the arrival of Chiquilín came to revolutionize them all, and in Nevado's rest time, it is Lupe's turn to play, as he has the courage to do it again.
They do not measure themselves in the schedules, in the early morning they wake up to run all over the house and pass over me running as if I were a carpet.
I have bought them toys, and others have given them as gifts, and although sometimes they play alone, I am convinced that playing with each other, even if it is rough, is more fun.
IMPORTANCE OF PLAY FOR CATS
Play is important for kittens as it benefits them in many ways. Here are some of the benefits that I researched on the web, and I can attest that in my case, they have been successful:
- They reduce stress and anxiety levels
- They strengthen their relationship with their owners and the rest of the pack.
- They are healthier physically, mentally and emotionally.
- It prevents them from obesity
- Strengthen their body and improve their flexibility, which is necessary for them as they are agile and climbing animals.
- They improve their behavior, become calmer, less aggressive, and learn to share space.
- They are more affectionate and happy

Hola, buenos días para todos. Una de las cosas que me alegra más de poder integrar a mi manada de gatitos, es que una vez que ellos se aceptan, comienzan las divertidas terapias de juegos. Al principio de mi maternidad gatuna, yo me asustaba cuando jugaban porque pensaba que se estaban arrancando el alma a arañazos, jajajaja, y es que tienen unos juegos muy bruscos, pero así son ellos.
Un amigo me dijo: “No te preocupes, ésa es su manera de jugar, al contrario de las peleas de verdad que los verás con el lomo y la cola como un erizo, y el cuerpito encorvado como un camello”, desde ese día estuve pendiente de observar esas dos actitudes.
Nevado es un gatito en condición especial, aún muy inocente, es como un niño hiperactivo a ratos, tranquilo cuando es la hora de descanso. Nunca busca pelea, pero si lo atacan se defiende porque el tiempo que permaneció en la calle lo enseñó de alguna manera a defenderse para sobrevivir. Me da tanta tristeza cada vez que pienso en eso, pero gracias a Dios ya está resguardado.
Él por lo general quiere permanecer jugando, considerando que hasta ahora su único amiguito de juegos es Chiquilín, que pareciera que nunca se cansa, pero sin embargo, Nevado lo supera y Chiqui termina huyendo de él y se me trepa buscando auxilio.
Lupe siempre fue juguetón, pero Lucky ya no juega como antes. El inicio de su vejez lo ha puesto flojo y dormilón. Por otro lado, Lupe aún rechaza a Nevado y esta actitud lo ha privado de ese juego tan necesario para ellos. Por eso la llegada de Chiquilín vino a revolucionarlos a todos, y en los ratos de descanso de Nevado, el turno de juegos es de Lupe que volvió a tener ánimos para hacerlo. No se miden en los horarios, de madrugada se despiertan a correr por toda la casa y pasan por encima de mí corriendo como que si yo fuera una alfombra.
Les he comprado juguetes, y otros se los han regalado, y aunque a veces juegan solos, estoy convencida de que el juego entre ellos, aun siendo brusco, es más divertido.
IMPORTANCIA DE LOS JUEGOS PARA LOS GATOS
El juego es importante para los gatitos ya que los beneficia de muchas maneras. A continuación les voy a mencionar algunos beneficios que indagué en la web, y que doy fe que en mi caso, han resultado acertados:
-Reducen los niveles de estrés y ansiedad
-Se fortalece la relación con sus dueños y con el resto de la manada
-Son más sanos física, mental y emocionalmente
-Los previene de la obesidad
-Fortalecen su cuerpo y mejoran su flexibilidad, algo que es necesario para ellos ya que son animales ágiles y trepadores
-Mejoran su comportamiento, se tornan más tranquilos, son menos agresivos, y aprenden a compartir el espacio
-Son más cariñosos y felices

Primero que todo, que hermosa famili multiespecie, donde cuidas a tus gatos y estas pendiente de que convivan bien. El juego es importante en todas las especies, algunas veces como dices son muy bruscos, además, los gatos más grandes algunas veces reprenden a los más pequeños cuando juegan, para que le bajen a la hiperactividad je je.

Desde que me hice mamá gatuna la vida me cambió. Siempre había sido mamá perruna, y de los perritos aprendí mucho a lo largo del tiempo, pero de los gatitos cada día aprendo algo nuevo, y una cosa es más especial que la otra.
Amo verlos jugar. No sabía ese dato del regaño de los adultos, pero sí he notado que el más viejito (el gris dormilón), cuando no quiere que Chiqui lo moleste, le nuestra los dientitos y hasta ahí llegó la intensidad, jajajaja.
