Almost Suspended

Hello, everyone! It's a very tiring experience for me today, not only physically nuta lao emotionally because someone has almost been suspended because of me and my conscience is still bugging me 'till now.

Yesterday, at my work, a customer pulled out some stocks and perhaps the FG checker was too confident in signing the paperwork, they signed the gatepass without telling the driver to go to the office first before rhey could go out. It was already midnight when Ir remembered that it was an incomplete job and rhe rruck had left bringing with him the documents needed for billing and for me, it was huge problem already, especially when someone might nag at me again for days. Sigh.

Right at the moment I remembered, I messaged thr incharge and in the morning, she had an excuse prepared; the incharge too had many mistakes in her work, she's not so focused perhaps she keeps watching kdrama secretly in her phone while at work ( I've seen her do it when I paid a visit in her area).

To solve the problem, I told the manager about it and he was furious of course and called on the head guard ( this is the nth time happened) asked him who the incharge was, the same guard that messed up before and decided to suspend him but aksed for thr same guard to come. So he did bringing with him the gatepass that was signed, an unfamiliar signature that the FG incharge never knew and guessed that it was Bobord's signature, an unauthorized personnel which jenny assigned to woek on the documentation yesterday.

Later, Fonzy also found out that the guard in charge at the gate was alone and had to leave his post because he had to hand the documents to the truck scale booth. There was also no gate to stop the trucks so there was a huge possibility of having mistake but the old man was doing his best on his work. Seeing him defenseless crushed my heart.

Realizing the company lapses, the manager arranged many things including the signing of gatepass should be done by specific personnel and they were given specimens for reference. And the guard will be adde with another guard to assist him so he could focus on documentation.

As for the document ls that should be attached for the billing, I guess I had to settle for the green copy of rhe delivery receipt, and good thing.os that the truck sacle is able to print another copy for me; it would be enough I hope.

The incident earlier was a close call, a man working very hard could have lost a job for a few days because of someone's mistake. It could happen to anybody and my conscience would never let me sleep of it would happen because of me nor any of my action that would have caused it.

There are many problems at work this week, but we made it halfway by the grace of God.
