Fireworks at Brisbane City River fire

G'day hive,

So on Saturday night Brisbane City celebrated its annual fireworks display "RiverFire"

The fireworks display went for about 20 minutes so I set up my Sony A7iii on a tripod on the corner and try some long exposure shots. I didn't have the widest lens so this was the best I could frame the shots.

This was my first time shooting fireworks so alot of the shots were over exposed, but I did get a couple of nice ones.

Which I then stitched the 4 images together in Photo shop to get this final image which turned out pretty cool.

Here are some other shots I took on my Google pixel 7.

The fireworks are launched from multiple barges, bridges, and highrise rooftops along the Brisbane river which winds it's way through the city.

And lucky enough one of our great friends lives in a apartment along the river right next to the iconic story bridge!

This was the perfect vantage point to watch the fireworks at eye level which is something I have never done before. And the amount of people we could see along the river walkway and the park was insane!

1000013141.jpg

12 tonnes of fireworks were set to explode along the river and it sure was impressive!!

It's a great way to celebrate this beautiful city and in 2032, Brisbane will be home to the Olympics.

This was also my sons first time seeing fireworks. He lasted about 10min until it was too much for him and he went back inside.

Awww so dreamy and magical, if I was there I don't think I will ever want to leave😊😊
