Good Morning, another work week begins and as is my habit I will be sharing a few Mono images this week
Starting with this shot taken in Fort Taber Park here in New Bedford

Now you may see that first shot and think I finally got out to get some winter shots, but nope this one is from winter last year, where we had some snow and then a warmer day around 45 and I got out for some shots.
NOw today ( as I prepare this) I was hoping would be a chance for me to get out and get some winter shots, after a couple of weeks where thee high temp has been around freezing point, last night we got maybe 2 or 3 inches of snow, and today the temp is jumping up to 51F and I thought great I should be able to get out for a walk
BUt no winter and mother nature were just teasing me, it is still going up to 50 ish, but looks like its going to rain all day so the chance of me gettign out is minimal.
But hey the rain and higher temp will wash away rthe snow so I shouldnt have to worry about any snow shovelling today
Next up is a shot at Neds Pint in Mattaspoisett, where i have shared many shots of the lighthouse there, but this is a view from that park

Yeah at first I thought maybe you braved the cold and made your way out. The first shot reminds me of sketches I used to draw in art class of long roads with power lines and trees. The last shot is kind of spooky.

Indeed I got a nice walk in well over an hour in a local park felt so good to be out and about
Glad you did. Got out a little myself to do a little cleanup, but not much. Hoping to get out more later on today or this week.
We have a couple of appointments today but hopoing between them I can get out again today

Too bad it's raining... That sucks! I loved the pictures, number three and five were serious homeruns, very well done. The small dock just fits so well with B&W. I hope the rain slows and the warm remains so you can get back out to enjoy the outdoors again.

well most folks said they dont like the winter over there, but if i live there i would prefer the winter. the first photo on winter takes me back to the 90s an amazing shot too
when I was younger i loved all seasons, as I get older my achy joints dont like winter lOL
