Where The Sky Meets Snow.
Hello Hive Community.
I hope you all are fine. I am also fine here. Today's post is all about nature and its beauty. If I let you know a little about me, I am in love with nature. I love spending time in the presence of nature. I do not let any opportunity slip away when I have the opportunity to meet nature. Every photograph you post in the photographylovers community will be based on the description of the beauty of nature. In my post today, I have presented to you a series of snow-capped mountains.
The photographs in today's post describe the beautiful natural scenes and their beauty on the way to Tshoka. Let me first give you some information about Tshoka. Tshoka is a small, beautiful village located in the western part of Sikkim, India. It is a part of the famous Goichla or the Dzonghari trek route. This place is so beautiful that it is surrounded by mountain peaks from all sides. Tshoka is situated at an altitude of about 9,700 feet above sea level. The view of nature from such a height is amazing, as can be seen in the two photographs above.
As I told you earlier in this post and as can be seen in the two photographs above, Tshoka is located in the lap of the Himalayas, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, deep green valleys and dense forests. If I tell you about the beauty of this place from my experiences, then the journey to Tshoka is not just a trek. But this journey is an experience full of natural beauty, peaceful silence and adventure.
The journey to Tshoka usually starts from a small town called Yuksom. Which is the base of the Goichla trek. Yuksom is a peaceful town. Where there are traditional Sikkimese houses, friendly people and a calm atmosphere. As you begin your trek, you pass through dense forests filled with tall pine and rhododendron trees. These forests can be seen in the two photographs above.
As you move forward from Yuksom, you will come across Bakhim. Bakhim is half way to Tshokha. The road to reach here is full of swinging bridges, small waterfalls and the chirping of birds. Due to the high altitude of this place, the air here feels thin, fresh and cool. There is no other sound here except the sounds of birds, water and your own footsteps. This peace is due to the forests here.
After a short rest in Bakhim, the real adventure here begins. As you climb higher towards Tshokha. From here, the path ahead becomes steeper. And at the same time, it becomes more beautiful. As you go up, the trees start changing. As you approach Tshoka, as you can see in the two photographs above, you start seeing snow on the ground. It gets a lot of snowfall here, especially in winter or early spring. If I were to describe the view here, these peaks standing high above the clouds look magical.
As you can see in the two photographs above, the mountain peaks covered with clouds, covered with snow and surrounded by forests offer the most captivating views of nature. These natural scenes remind us of the grandeur of the earth and the quiet power of the natural world. These scenes were so beautiful that their imprint is still etched in my heart. Moments that can never be forgotten. These mountains are not just landforms but living symbols of the beauty and endless wonders of our earth.
A trek to Tshoka is more than just a trek. This journey is an experience of passing through some of the most beautiful landscapes of Sikkim. Snow-capped peaks, green valleys and pure mountain air make it a perfect destination for nature lovers. I hope you will really like my posts and photographs.
