What a day...

...I will show a rainy morning, midday blue skies, and finally sunset clouds.

A happy Friday to all, and we hope that everyone will have a great weekend.

And I will use the birds to show you it all. So first up is a Buzzard, or an Eagle with some gulls in the background. The days over here always have something for one's camera, and all that it takes is to be alert and to watch. It also offers much frustration if one misses some great action shots, that happen too fast for the camera. Or maybe it is me that is getting too slow. :)

We have a passion for nature, and I am now focusing on sharing nature scenes in order to make others aware about the necessity of protecting nature. It forms a very important part of our lives, and it is meant to be a free gift for all of us to enjoy and to manage. The weather is already playing up due to mankind's actions on this planet, and we can only hope that sanity will start to appear soon.

In the raptor's dive here, that shape of the wings looked very familiar, and I would say that it was a Jackal Buzzard. But again, I might be wrong.

Now for some blue skies
Here was another raptor later on, and again, I could not be sure what specie this raptor was, due to distance and the light.

Although if you look at the tail below, I will venture that it was another buzzard, but some eagles have the same, or similar fan tails.

And finally, some sunset clouds.

There was something sitting on the peak of that roof.

Ah yes, it was a dove, and he was singing to announce the end of the day.

Just a final shot to show you the beauty of the sunset clouds.

Imagine cutting down a forest to replace it with farming lands, and one discovers that a habitat of animals was destroyed during the process. If this continues at the current trend, we may see the distinction and eradication of entire species of fauna and flora. Logging is a big-time business, and many forests in countries are raided. Like I said, this cannot continue, and a stop would urgently have to be put in place.

Thankfully here in our area, some farm owners and government nature departments have combined their efforts to plant thousands of trees, and it is so beautiful to see long lines of young trees lining the roadsides. We even donated some funds for a tree to be planted in honor of our little dog that passed away two years ago. It's a beautiful indigenous tree, and it is called a White Karee. We keep an eye on it, and it is growing very nicely. It will take many years for the tree to mature, and I might not be around on the planet anymore, but others will enjoy its shade one day. We are also thinking about sponsoring the bench to put under the tree.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

Hey there, the Bilpcoin team just wanted to give you a virtual high-five we manually curated this post.

Their attempts to intimidate and silence their critics are equally concerning. The use of downvotes as a means of censorship is a clear indication of their desperation to maintain their grip on the narrative. But it's not working

The Hive community has been plagued by a rise in spam accounts sharing stolen content. Many of these accounts appear to be linked to a single super farm that we've exposed @memesandstuff superfarm and we believe a prominent whale may be behind it

A Call to Action Against Downvote Abuse on Hive

Bad downvotes on Hive are a growing concern that must be addressed. These downvotes not only discourage users from sharing their real thoughts and ideas but also damage the community as a whole, we see many walk away

The Buildawhale farm scam has been a topic of concern for us, and we've exposed it. However, despite our attempts to bring attention to this issue, it seems that no concrete actions have been taken to address it. This lack of response is puzzling

Let's discuss a more serious issue that affects all on Hive. The prevalence of bad downvotes on Hive is a major concern, and we urge you to speak up if you've been affected by it. Don't be afraid to share your experiences speak up

These pics make me think about the wild life. Even if here the landscapes are very different (I live in Tuscany, Italy), before to start to live in a small city I spent the most part of my life close to a forest on a small mountain and when I walked in the forest there were some buzzards flying over me. I used to watch them thinking about freedom, wild life and a sense of the nature so deeply.

Oh yes, as children, we were also moved from a farm to a big city. I know what it is to long for nature, and now since we moved down here, we have nature in abundance once again.
Your forest and small mountain stay was perhaps the best time of your life, and the buzzards are masters at displaying freedom.
