The night before the full moon...

...and let's ease into the night with some shots of sunset clouds.

Life happens and we must deal with it.

As we now ever so slowly enter the winter period, it feels like we are gently conditioned by nature for the cold, as lately our temperatures have dropped into the 20Cs. There is one major difference between me and my wife, as I like the cold, and she likes the heat, but let me tell you that she even wears a jacket when the temps jump into the 30Cs. During winter it feels like I am sleeping next to a fridge. Lol
But I am not complaining as most people say that she is an angel, and I tend to agree. Just a frozen angel in winter :D
So, let's see what I have to share in here.

I just could not refuse to let the goose show you the cloud colors.

Time for it to go home.

Right, and here we go with a few moon shots.

Heavy clouds again, but I like the colors, and I took some shots.

After some time, the moon appeared in a hazy gap between the clouds.

And this shot below was the best that I could get of it. You will see a slightly incomplete circle, as the top left side of the moon was not completed yet. But the full moon will complete the circle.

Every month we hope that the clouds will pass on inland at full moon time. And so, it is a wait and see stage, but no problem as I have no trouble with waiting. Due to the mountains in the east, it usually takes about an hour before the full moon rises above the mountain peaks. So, if there are no clouds, then we generally take a short drive to get the moon on the mountain peaks.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the story and the pictures.

Wow, those sunset clouds are like a show, wonderful! I think that goose had a great view from there. ^_^

Thank you, milady, and oh yes, many times I have been jealous about that goose's perch, as I cannot get up there. It is a double story house across the road.

From the sunset backlit bird to the most intense moon. Interesting photographic evolution. There's a symbolism between or is it just random?

Symbolism? The only thing that I can think of is that as the bird represents freedom, we all have the freedom to let the light within us shine.

I really felt that part about easing into the night with sunset clouds—those colors hit different
