Housekeeping and preparing food seasonings

Hello πŸ₯°πŸ€—πŸ₯°πŸ€—to all my dear friendsπŸ₯°πŸ₯°
Today I want to share some of my housekeeping with you
I want to say that even while working from home, I am thinking of you friends in the hive.
Today I decided to grind some spices myself
Three spices
Including
Saffron
Cumin powder
Cardamom powder and Clove powder
First, I roast the cumin and cardamom in a pan that has already been heated and after roasting for one to two minutes, I quickly remove it from the flame and grind it in a grinder.

As you can see in the photos, I first clean the cumin seeds, roast them a little, then grind them well in a grinder and transfer them to a special storage container.

Cooking tip: Try to store them in a glass container like I do so that their aroma does not diminish.

I clean the cardamom like cumin, then roast it and then grind it.

After cleaning the chives, I ground them into powder in a grinder. I use them in a variety of dishes. My daughter really likes the taste of chives in fried eggs. This type of cooking is not common, but I suggest you try it.

Finally, the king of spices
that is, saffron is one of the most expensive and delicious spices in the world, in my opinion.
We grow saffron ourselves in the garden
and I grind the same saffron after drying it
