Diamond Hill in beautiful Conamara, Galway, Ireland
Mountain Walk
Like most of my posts in the photographs communities, this post is less about words and more about photos, so excuse me if you don't get any life ponderings or stories from me today.
What is it they say?
A picture says one thousand words.
Ok.
Well here's seven pictures instead of seven thousand words!
To give some context, these photos are from a couple of weeks ago when rainy little Ireland was being lavished with sunshine in one of the best Mays (weather wise) in my memory and the memory of anyone I talked to.
We enjoyed glorious sunshine for a good three weeks and it was perfect weather for hiking.
So off to Diamond Hill we went.
We took the lower path or the Bog road as it's called, it's a one hour trek which is suitable for our six year old.
The views are amazing and the wooden pathways make for very easy hiking as you can see.
Once you get to the top it's tine to take in the views.
Oh and tea and picnic is essential!!
It's the simple things in life which give me joy.
Tea.
Family.
Nature.
Love.
Goodness.
Thanks as always for stopping by everyone
Peace Out

It is truly a pleasure to enjoy tea by the lake. The view the front is truly beautiful.
Thanks a million, it's a special place
Very amazing natural scenery.
Thank you for sharing the beauty of nature through your photography :)
Thanks dude, lovely comment. If you ever make it to Ireland, make sure it's on your list of places to go
Sure. If I go there, maybe someday :)
Thanks @ewkaw
Looks absolutely stunning! Sounds like such a lovely day with the family & the tea is a must ;)
Yep, tea is always an absolute must in my life!!!
Work - tea
Play - tea
Morning - tea
Evening - tea
Birth - tea
Funeral - tea
Wedding - tea
Divorce - tea
Happy - tea
Sad - tea
You get the idea!!! 🤣🤣
Nice pictures, what a wonderful place to walk, I love nature, thanks for sharing.
Thanks @lindapa
It's the simple things in life
Indeed, the simple things are the best. Your sunshine, trek, and picnic came together in perfect harmony :-)
In a few more years that 6 year old will be outpacing you all on your treks lol
Ha ha, yes true about my youngest! He's mad for going, so he'll be outpacing us in no time!!
Thanks for the lovely comment. It's a little bit of paradise right on our doorstep!
