The sound of music - Three Tunes Tuesday.

Hello, it's three tunes day. C'mon, let's have a blast with this.

This week's edition of The Thinker's Corner Challenge is going to be a quick one because I'm already exhausted from today's hustle and bustle. I've been going through a compounding stress and I know best not to sit back regardless of the stress. I just can't help it when there's so much I'm trying to learn.

Today, in particular, was quite frustrating because my internet connection wasn't helpful in any way. It was very messy and I ended up experiencing a delay in a task I got. I still managed to wrap it up and submit the task. But, I genuinely wish I managed to wrap it up earlier.

Well, let's get into the songs for the day;

1. Lose Yourself by EMINEM.

Eminem has a long list of songs that resonates with me and another thing I really like about his songs is that he isn't preaching about a Hollywood Cinderella lifestyle. He gives stories of things that are in touch with reality and I appreciate that so much.

This "Lose Yourself" song is a hustler's anthem to me. I vibe to that even in moments like this when life is hitting hard and raw. I'm on that journey and I'm trying to lose some part of myself. It sure isn't an easy thing to do, but I'm pushing hard.

2. Gangster's Paradise by COOLIO.

Coolio was a real G during his days in the industry and this particular song of his always hits the spot whenever I play it. It has actually been a while since I played songs because of how insanely busy my life has become. However, thank goodness for my attempt to participate in #ttt.

I also have a high rating for the music video. I like how clean it is with no nudity at any point in the video. Also, if you think this song is a promotion of gangsterism, then, you need to listen to it again. You will get exactly what I mean after paying good attention to the song.

3. Sing For The Moment by EMINEM.

You already know what Eminem is capable of doing with his songs. This particular song tells a very sad childhood story, and, sadly, people go through that experience in their homes. It makes you wonder if some parents truly deserve to be parents.

Well, the chorus of the song will always pull strings in my heart whenever I listen to it. Funny enough, it's doing some numbers on me even as I'm listening to it while writing. Hehe.

As I said, it's been one heck of a week, and this week has just started. Haha. I'm looking forward to what I will achieve this week.
