Andy's Club - 1 - The Start of Something Magical

There's something thrilling happening here on the West Coast and the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The brainchild of Andy Mercer, The idea of Andy's Club is to bring together like-minded musos and an audience that appreciates original and live music.

The idea was born out of the fact that most of the opportunities for young musicians are in the Southern Suburbs, and even getting a foot in the door can be challenging. This club, similar to The Barleycorn, will carry on the tradition of giving a platform to new and upcoming artists to play and jam with artists with more experience and allow them to get their original music out there!

Last ight was the start of something really special and @jasperdick and I were thrilled to be a part of this initiative, which we hope to see grow into something even more amazing!

Thank you so much! I still feel like I very much still fall into the category of "novis" since I am still learning the guitar to be good enough to A) join Jasper on stage and B) Play to back myself :) I'll get there :)
