Many people are going through a lot and fighting secret battles we know nothing about. Some are faced with life threatening sickness, others are facing a severe economic constraints and the list goes on.

I saw a recent movie that proves that many people are heartbroken yet they have no choice but to go to work and fulfill their daily obligation.

STRAW.. I don't need to say much about it, but if you've seen the movie, then you'll understand why I feel inspired to share a song filled with hope today.

One thing I've learned in life is to have a thick skin through the chaos and battles.. Because it's almost like an unending battle. The more you get over one, another comes lurking around.

We must all learn to create a coping mechanism through it all. We need to keep fighting for hope, peace and strength.

Crying isn't sign of weakness as many think. It's an emotion that ease the mind and clear the head. When we feel overwhelmed and feel we are stuck, we want to avoid bottling our emotion.

Cry, scream, take a break if you wish but one thing you should never do is stop trying.

Elastics are perfect example of how resilient we should be, even after all the force, it never cut, it expand to accommodate all the excesses and mostly fit back or goes back in shape.

Nobody promised that the journey of life will be easy, but one thing we are sure of is.. We can conquer!

It might take us blood, sweat or tears, but we'll surely get through.

It a new horizon for you. A season of growth, strength and hope. Don't shrink back and don't lose your power. Also, remember you can't do life alone. In a world filled with so many y challenges, it's important we find a soul whom we can find comfort in, and do life with.

Their words of encouragement goes a long way. Their listening ears are like a soothing balm to our souls. It feels good to be heard and seen and even loved.
