My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2025 || IAmAliveAndThriving

After some months of absent on Actifit, I resume my fitness health walk today.

My walk took me from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itam International market walking through the Itam Police road.

The walk enable me to have some street sights seeing and capture some of the scenes with my android phone.

Here is saw thus building were nails, broken bottles are cement to the floor outside the fence of the building, I guess it is to protect the building from thief who might want go jump through the fence into the building.

I got to the market and engage in some price bargains before making payments.

I was able to pick mist of the items needed as the money I went with could not buy all due to increase in the prices.

I walk home and because I am alive and thriving I was able to make over 7000 steps to keep fit and healthy.

That has been my walking activities for the day and I hereby reports same in my Actifit Report Card.
