My Actifit Report Card: May 4th 2023

Another day, another Actifit report.

5th Day in a Row of hitting my activity count.

Yesterdays run brought my step count up quite a bit. Nice to hit over 10k of activity for a change. Throw in some work, housework, chores and some shopping admin that got me moving too.

Pretty tired, but keen to push on! I guess that's what a lot of adult life feels like, tired. Lol.
