A Long Walk at a Natural Place|| Enjoying Nature|| My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2025
Assalamu alaikum and hello to my actifit community. I hope you are all doing good. I am also doing pretty well. It was a wonderful day spent in loneliness. Today I got up bit late in the morning. I had my breakfast and then did some official tasks.
in the evening, I decided to go for work at a new place in Lahore. Today I choose a park for walking which is called Mian Amir Park Lahore. it is located in dharmpura Lahore.
At about 4:00 p.m, I departed for walk. I reached in the park after walking for almost twenty minutes. I saw many people were busy in walking. The children were playing on different kinds swings and marry go rounds while the elders were playing cards.
I started my walk at a beautiful track that was around it by grassi field. It was alonely walk. whenever I get bore I go to these kindof places for walking to reduce my stress level and believe me I feel very relaxed ofter going to these kind of beautiful and natural places.
During walk I saw different kinds of trees. The birds were chirping and the leaves of the trees were dancing in the air. The grass was wet with you. It was a sunny day here in Lahore. I was enjoying my walk time in Mian Mir Park Lahore.
Although the arrangements of cleanliness were very poor in the park but still the natural atmosphere of the park was attracting people for walking. Believe me it was a tailormade place for spending quality time in loneliness.
I made a picture in which you can see the view of sky between the trees. This scene was something very special for me.
Little huts were there for people to sit. During walk Irested there for a while.
Here you can see people are playing cards.
I was feeling very relaxed at this natural place. Look at the junk of trees in the pictures below.
I saw two sheep grazing in the park. The beautiful sheep were enjoying eating green grass.
Luckily I have completed 8k steps of walking which is a long walk. I am trying to be consistent in my daily walk routine. And so far I am successful in it.
