Sunday means the last day of work, as I'm at the hospital on weekends.

Today we reached over 11,000 with a very enjoyable workday.

11,000 steps, my friend. The other day, I had to walk 12,500 steps. It was very hot and tiring, but there was nothing I could do about it. Some things just have to be done.

Personally, a little over a year ago I didn't even walk 500 steps a day, now it's customary to walk at least 5k steps minimum.

Actifit It is a very fun and motivating experience to get moving.

Besides, if you're going to walk or move around anyway, why not track your steps and make a report?
