My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2026

At the moment, I am in the process of developing a small application to help me run 10 km in 8 weeks. My challenge starts next Tuesday, so my application must be released before. Needless to say that I am almost 100% on it.
Usually, when I run, I ask ChatGPT to create a session for me by telling it how I am, what I have eaten recently, and other information. It is able to find my previous training sessions in other conversations. As a result, it can challenge me regularly.

Yesterday, precisely, it suggested the following training session to me:
- 5 minutes of walking,
- 10 minutes of running at a comfortable pace,
- 6 × 30 seconds of fast running (not a sprint) and 1 minute 30 of running at a comfortable pace,
- 10 minutes of running at a comfortable pace to finish.
For the last 10 minutes, I took a few steps while walking. It was not so much the breath, but rather the legs that were pulling. I think that I need to find myself a small stretching routine.
In any case, I am looking forward to starting my 10 km in 8 weeks challenge!

En ce moment, je suis en train de développer une petite application pour m’aider à courir 10 km en 8 semaines. Mon challenge commence mardi prochain, donc mon application doit sortir avant. Autant dire que je suis presque à 100 % dessus.
Habituellement, quand je cours, je demande à ChatGPT de me créer une séance en lui disant comment je vais, ce que j’ai mangé récemment et d’autres informations. Il est capable de retrouver mes anciens entraînements dans d’autres conversations. De ce fait, il peut me challenger régulièrement.

Hier justement, il m’a proposé l’entraînement suivant :
- 5 minutes de marche,
- 10 minutes de course à une allure confortable,
- 6 × 30 secondes de course rapide (pas de sprint) et 1 minute 30 de course à allure confortable,
- 10 minutes de course à allure confortable pour terminer.
Pour les 10 dernières minutes, j’ai fait quelques pas en marchant. Ce n’était pas tant le souffle, mais plutôt les jambes qui me tiraient. Je pense qu’il faut que je me trouve une petite routine d’étirements.
Quoi qu’il en soit, j’ai hâte de commencer mon challenge des 10 km en 8 semaines !
