I’m Falling…………My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2025

Saturdays, I tend to sleep in. Today, it was a shorter sleep in than usual. We had some things that needed doing around the house first, but the plan was to go to Whole Foods in Bellingham. It’s located in a part of town we don’t frequent but used to when we first moved to this area. But first, it was a stop for weekend coffee at our favorite Starbucks.

Then we headed to Whole Foods. It had been so long since we’d been to the area this is located in, that I’d forgotten the back roads way in and had to take the expressway there. See @silvertop’s post for a couple photos of the store.

Once we were in the neighborhood, we decided to go to Whatcom Falls park. The stone wall in the first picture is as you head down to the falls and a bridge that spans the falls. It’s very beautiful there and noisy. With all the rain we’ve had, the stream is at max capacity and velocity! It’s pretty amazing!

While there, we encountered three kayakers who were either brave or foolhardy. I have video I’ll share tomorrow, but @silvertop has one he took from a different perspective than mine. Check it out!
