Blue Skies, Busy Mind
Lunch breaks are supposed to be relaxing, right? Not today. The calendar turned into Tetris with meetings, and it looked like my midday walk was about to be the piece that didn’t fit. But nope, I made it work. Squeezed in a 4km walk under a ridiculously blue sky, soaking in the winter sun like it was caffeine.
The path along the canal was a mirror, bare trees on one side, their reflections stretching quietly on the water’s surface. Even the sun got in on the action, making the water sparkle like it was showing off.
