The 11km Reset: Forests, Fields, and Fewer Notifications

There’s a strange kind of magic that happens when your feet hit the forest floor and your phone stops buzzing. Not that mine buzzes that much on weekends (family first, remember?), but the shift is real.

Today’s 11km loop wasn’t just a walk. It was a full sensory rinse:
• The trees whispered stuff Instagram can’t capture.
• The lakes reflected skies so dramatic even Hollywood would say “tone it down.”
• And the fields? Endless green carpets that seemed to roll out just for me.

Sometimes, you don’t need an exotic getaway—you just need a trail, a bit of silence, and maybe someone to remind you to look up.

So that was my Sunday reset. Not the fastest pace, but definitely the most peaceful one of the week.
