Food is Free My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2025

Food is Free

Talking to a friend of mine today I realised that they along with others were unaware of the amount of free food growing around the UK.

Essentially all food is free we can forage it, grow it or raise it at no cost even when we sell the excess.

The cost of food is because people choose convenience and choice.

This comes at a price obviously but essentially food is free outside the man made system.

It is easy to get caught up in the profit driven food industry.

These are choices we make because food is free.

You just have to be willing to forage it, raise it or grow it.

Learn to live off the land again like your ancestors and become as self sufficient as possible.

Food is free it just needs your activity.

Thanks for reading all images are my own taken with my Samsung Galaxy s9 plus mobile phone.

Your dog is smiling! I like it!

As for the food; you are so right! Right now is free berry season! I am waiting for the blackberries to ripen and am enjoying the thimble berries now. Then, it will be apple season, followed by walnut season! What's not to love?!

Super excellent job with your 21372 @actifit steps for the day @benthomasuk! Take care and enjoy! !LADY !HOPE !INDEED

You said it, brother! Learning to forage, raise, and grow our own food is an essential skill, which is necessary for self-sufficiency. Everyone should be doing this! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Agreed i am shocked how many people are clueless on this to be honest dunno what they all going to do if things get bad around the world.

We live in a world where most kids think chicken comes from a supermarket and in a packet, sad really.

When covid hit they restricted items, including food here in the UK, they will do it again i have no doubt, best to be prepared.

@tydynrain but you know this 🤣

Indeed, that blows my mind too. It is part of the intentional disconnection and dumbing down of people to more easily control them, to make them entirely dependant on the 'system'.

Yes, they will certainly do it again, as they are pushing their depopulation agenda hard, trying to remove as many people as possible. It's sad that do many still can't see that.

Indeed, I sure do...lol! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Free food sounds cool! Wish we have more of those here too. I think it's great if you can grow your food. I haven't tried it really, but then I don't have a real garden and a private one too. It's becoming a necessity these days to be self-reliant. Cost of living is rising, and it's tough to do budgeting.

Hello to Bella! Happy week ahead!

In the UK we are lucky to have lots of food in the hedges that borders lands and roads this is mostly thanks to the Romans when they invaded years ago 🤣

Growing your own food does'nt have to take up a lot of room.

Micro salads like ya baby spinach as similar only need trays to grow in stacked on some shelves can produce multiple crops.

Mushrooms just need a bag or container and potatoes just a sack.

Herbs only need pots.

Look into it i bet you will be surprised at what you do have room to grow.

It may not feed you all year but doing these things saves money and is kinda fun.

Have the best one @iamraincrystal @aliveandthriving
