A few days ago my cousin organized a charity event for a 2 year old baby who has cancer and that made me remember her parents, who were always present and helped in any way they could, I can imagine how happy they would be to see their daughter lend a helping hand and, not only that, most likely they were also involved there, collaborating as much as they could. After those thoughts, I remembered a picture I have with them, which is a miracle, because there are very few pictures with my aunt where she looks good and without covering her face, she didn't like it because she said she looked ugly.

However, to celebrate my first communion, she did, reluctantly, but she did, and I love how the 3 of us went out. Truly, strangers, they were always looking out for you, they never missed a birthday, they were very present uncles and I know that my mom was also very affected by their departures, so much so that even in her memory loss she does not stop mentioning them, sometimes naming my aunt to fight 😅, even so, she still has her present.

To be honest, my memories of that first communion are not as clear as I wish, however, I remember that the cake that my godmother made for me was beautiful and that my aunt for watching a program at that time, asked us for the TV and locked herself in the room, I remember that because it made me laugh, for nothing in the world she missed the shows or soap operas 🤣, although she loved family gatherings and enjoyed them, first things first, noting that at that time there were no smart TVs and the episodes were not recorded or repeated, so it was understandable.

Anyway, with this photo I am only thankful that they were never missing in my childhood and always supported all the cousins, even with their presence, valuing every gesture and detail they had towards me.
