I've lived long enough in this world to realize that nothing lasts forever, except God, obviously.

Even that which seems most immovable, most stable, and eternal, everything passes, transforms, mutates, and changes.

I reflected on these thoughts as I looked up at the evening sky. The very vault of heaven was changing before my eyes.

The clouds shifted, the sunlight waned, nature's entire palette of colors was renewed again and again. And in each of its moments, it had something new and beautiful to offer.

There's no need to fear change. It's better to learn to flow with it, to appreciate it for what it's worth; Open your mind, arms, and heart to enjoy every aspect of the gift that is every minute of the day.

According to the verses of the great Spanish poet Antonio Machado:
"Everything passes,
nothing remains,
but ours is to pass,
pass making paths,
paths over the sea."

He vivido por suficiente tiempo en este mundo como para darme cuenta de que nada permanece para siempre, salvo Dios, obviamente.

Incluso aquello que parece más inamovible, más estable y eterno, todo pasa, se transforma, muta, varía.

En estas ideas reflexionaba mirando el cielo del atardecer. La propia bóveda celeste cambiando ante mis ojos.

Mudaron de lugar las nubes, menguó la luz del sol, se renovó una y otra vez toda la paleta de colores de la naturaleza.

Y en cada uno de sus momentos tuvo algo nuevo y hermoso que ofrecer.

No hay por qué temer al cambio. Es mejor aprender a fuir en él, apreciarlo según lo que valga; abrir mente, brazos y corazón para aprovechar en todas sus faceta del regalo que es cada minuto del día.

Según los versos del gran poeta español Antonio Machado:
"Todo pasa,
nada queda,
pero lo nuestro es pasar,
pasar haciendo caminos,
caminos sobre la mar."
