Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to make a card book juice and this time I will take everyone to make mulberry. This period is the season of mulberry which is abundant. I have one tree at home. I saw that there were a lot of them. I want to try to collect them to make berry juice.
Mulberry has a sour taste but if the fruit is very ripe, it will be very sweet. It is beneficial to health. It is one of the fruits that is low in calories and has important nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber that help to fill the stomach and increase energy for the body very well. Mulberry is a juicy fruit because it is composed of more than 88% water. In addition, mulberry is also full of important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, iron, potassium and is a powerful antioxidant that is beneficial.
It has important antioxidants. It also helps strengthen the body's immune system. It helps stimulate the function of cells in the body that are damaged by bad free radicals. Moreover, it also helps prevent cancer cells from growing or reducing cancer symptoms. It is good for weight loss, good for liver health and stabilizes blood sugar. Seeing this benefit, I did not hesitate to go and collect mulberries to make berry juice.
I went to the garden to pick mulberries. After I got them, I washed them with clean water and then put them in the freezer of the refrigerator or blended them fresh without having to soak them. But the weather is very hot these days, so I wanted to make them into notebooks, so I put them in the refrigerator to make them hard. Then I blended them without adding anything. Or you can add a little water to make the blending a little harder. Because I want the consistency of the notebook to be thick.
I separated them into two glasses. One glass has mulberry pulp mixed with a taste that is similar to jam with a little crunchiness of the pulp. And another one is rolled berry juice.
What I got was very good, useful and refreshing. It is easy to find. It is a seasonal fruit. You don't have to buy it at an expensive price but you get a lot of nutrients.
