Three in one smoothie
Have a smoothie a day and be healthy all the way.
Smoothie is usually a blended fruits or vegetables mixed with other liquids like juices and milk.
Since I knew about it, I always experiment different combinations of fruits and vegetables. If you don’t like to eat fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, you can make them into smoothie. Making it into smoothie will give you different texture and you can easily sip and drink it. By making smoothie, fruits and vegetables can be consumed in different way and the nutrients and vitamins in it can be absorb by our body easily.
One day, my husband brought a lot of pineapple tidbits in a fruit bowl given by their company. We gave some to our neighbors, sister in law as well as church mates. We left some for our own consumption. We can eat it directly, we can add it to our cooking recipes or you can think of everything to consume it. Other people made a pineapple jam out of it and it also give me another idea.
My husband loves to eat it directly while me, want to make something new out of it. I decided to make a smoothie - a three in one smoothie, yes three in one because it is a combination of pineapple tidbits, carrots and cucumber.
For today’s blog, I will share to you how to make A THREE IN ONE SMOOTHIE. So, keep on reading.
INGREDIENTS
3 Fruit bowls of pineapple tidbits
2 medium sized cucumber
2 small sized carrots
water
PROCEDURE
Step 1. Wash and peel the carrots and cucumber.
Step 2. Slice carrots and cucumber to blend it easily.
Here they are after slicing. Looks so good and we can add some lemon, salt and other seasonings on this and this will be a good salad but this time we won’t eat it as a salad because we will make it a smoothie.
Step 3. Prepare the blender and add all the ingredients. I put the sliced carrots first, the cucumber and then the pineapple tidbits in a bowl. I also included the juice in it that serves as a liquid for our smoothie.
Step 4. I added one cup (I used the empty fruit bowl) of water.
Step 5. Blend them and it looks like this.
Step 6. Put it in the serving glass and our three in one smoothie is now ready to be served.
The ingredients mentioned above makes 6 glasses of smoothie. I, my husband, our son and a friend of my son enjoyed a glass of smoothie. I gave another glass to our neighbor.

Hi, when I read 3 in 1 I imagined the classic that we always prepare in Venezuela, carrot, beet and orange. This combination is excellent, antioxidants, vitamin C and diuretic action. Very natural, with the pineapple you don't need sugar. Cheers.
