Me acuerdo de que mi primer contacto con Ghost Rider fue en la película protagonizada por Nicolas Cage y de la cual me quedaría enganchado con las sagas, este personaje también salió en un juego llamado Marvel vs. Capcom donde también hacen su aparición varios otros personajes de la franquicia y el personaje jugable me gustaba mucho usarlo

Ghost Rider es un personaje de Marvel Comics que tiene la capacidad de transformarse en un esqueleto sobrehumano envuelto en llamas, posee la habilidad de generar y controlar fuego místico conocido como fuego infernal.

Uno de sus movimientos preferidos por mí es “Mirada de Penitencia” donde su frase icónica es: “¡Tu alma está manchada con la sangre de los inocentes, siente su dolor!”

Esa frase aunque no siempre aparece textualmente describe el efecto de la mirada que hace que la víctima experimente el dolor y sufrimiento que ha causado a otros La Mirada de Penitencia no es una simple visualización de acciones pasadas sino una experiencia emocional intensa del dolor causado a otros.

Así que guiándonos de este diseño que encontré como referencia y el cual expresa esa icónica frase, y además siento que domino un poco mejor estas paletas de colores tan cálidos.

Armando el bosquejo de este personaje para explorar ese lado artístico y darle un toque de mi estilo porque lograr esa clase de dibujo a mano es un reto.

En este paso vamos a delinear todo muy bien con tinta china y marcador negro como base de coloreado para algunas partes oscuras y tratando de variar entre líneas oscuras y gruesas y líneas super delgadas.

Como pueden apreciar aquí ya he terminado el boceto y dejo las sombras con grafito para poder marcarlas luego con tinta o marcador, aunque recomiendo borrar para que no afecte al marcador.

Una vez terminado el boceto, borramos todo para poder pintar y que el color no se nos manche, en esta oportunidad voy a utilizar colores.

COLOREANDO

Al momento de colorear siempre empiezo por el color base, el cual estoy acostumbrado a que sea un tono muy claro para luego ir oscureciendo donde podrían ir las sombras del mismo color y así sucesivamente.

Voy a colocar el naranja de base porque está encendido en llamas, y dejando líneas de sombras con un estilo llamado one line art

Consiste en hacer dibujos de distintas maneras de líneas, pero una de las más famosas es hacer dibujos solo con líneas rectas, tratando de hacer sombras, luces y paisajes solo con líneas rectas, todo un reto.

Sin embargo, yo usaré este estilo solo para ciertas partes del dibujo y con un concepto mas de cómic como se aprecia en la imagen de referencia.

Hay que saber jugar con los tonos que son el mismo color, solo que a veces más oscuros como el negro y el gris y también el naranja, rojo y amarillo.

Es cierto que casi siempre no poseemos todos los colores que quisiéramos, pero para eso está el ingenio artístico.

Ya terminado el diseño he de decir que tiene un buen estilo de comic y creo que me quedó bien, ¿pero ustedes que opinan?

As you can see here, I've finished the sketch and left the shadows in graphite so I can mark them later with ink or marker, although I recommend erasing so it doesn't affect the marker.

Once the sketch is finished, we erase everything so we can paint and avoid smudging the color. This time, I'm going to use colors.
