Her Favorite Cartoon Character - Another Laser Engraving Project

This is Stitch, from the Disney cartoon Lilo & Stitch. I admittedly have never watched that movie but I'm aware of what it is. Stitch just happens to be my girlfriend's daughter's favorite cartoon character and she's been asking for something with Stitch since I started using my laser.

I attempted to create a gif of the laser running but got impatient with the learning curve😅 I know it's not difficult but it'll be for the next project.

I actually engraved and stained this a little over a week ago but got caught up in the rest of life, so it's been sitting on my desk awaiting it's acrylic coat.

At least the stain was undoubtedly dry by today😂

I only had a half day of work today so it was my opportunity to finally get it painted, off the to-do list, and in the hands of a happy child.

I hadn't had lunch yet so my hand was a little shaky but I got a couple coats and colors on the best I could. A couple white dots in the eyes and Stitch was complete!

I sighed a breath of relief that one more project was done. Now to unwind for my night and decide which one to tackle next.
