๐ท Painting With Wine: A Drunken Master Kind of Process
I tried something a little unusual for this artwork. I used wine as my medium and worked directly on my drawing book. No plan, no strict sketch, just intuition, stains, and imagination.

Before we startโฆ
Step 1: Drink the wine.
Just kidding ๐ (or maybe not).
Letโs say the spirit of a drunken master was present while creating this piece.

๐๏ธ Step 1: Let the Wine Splash!
I poured the wine gradually onto the paper and let it splash freely. I didnโt control it too much because those random splashes and droplets later will be part of the details.
At this stage, I wasnโt thinking of painting a puppy or any specific subject. I simply dropped the wine little by little and let gravity and chance do their thing.

Step 2: Remove Excess Wine (Gently!)
Once there was enough wine on the paper, I used cotton to absorb some of the excess liquid.
Important reminder: do not rub. Rubbing will ruin the natural shapes formed by the droplets. Just gently dab and lift.
This helps preserve the organic edges and textures created by the wine.

๐ Step 3: Observe and Imagine
Now comes my favorite part.
I stared at the wine droplets and asked myself:
What does this look like? A living thing? An object? A character?
Slowly, I began to see a form emerge from the stains.

โ๏ธ Step 4: Outline the Vision
Using a marker, I outlined the edges of the wine droplets, following the shapes that already existed.
I didnโt force the drawing.I just followed what the wine suggested, guiding it into the image I imagined.
This is where the puppy appeared almost naturally.

๐ถ Final Result
And just like that, I ended up with a painting made out of wine.
What started as random splashes turned into a character with its own personality. This process reminded me that sometimes, letting go of control can lead to the most interesting results.

Thanks for reading and joining me in this slightly tipsy art experiment ๐ท
