A Walk with lots of Shadows while waiting for a Bus

Hello Hive friends! I hope we are all under the Mercy of the Almighty God. It's been a while since my last post and a lot ahs happened recently, I just hope I find enough time to share it with you all soon.

Today is a wonderful day, it was hot and bright; the morning sky showed an incredible display. Despite the kids don't have to attend class, I and my husband were rushing to get ready. He had to go to an amateur boxing tournament in Mantibugao and I had to get to work.

My daughters will go with my mother to help her with the chores in the farm, and Czaky was left with me and it meant that I had to take him to Nanay's house before going to work. My alarm came up signaling me to rush bathing, so I did. I didn't have much to prepare than to change into my uniform, and soon off we went to the highway.

My son stopped for a while to buy some snacks and we crossed the road to find a motorcycle taxi towards my in-law's place.

I usually don't hire motorcycle taxis I am not familiar with but luckily, the driver knew my husband. We were very quiet during our travel and he was very careful to the point that I got irritated that he drives so slow.

When we arrived at Nanay's house the driver asked if my husband went to the boxing tournament and I said yes. Nanay , Mia and Kiray were also at my sister in law's store buying something so I left my son with them and started on my walk

I atill have 30 minutes to get to work; I calculated that I have 10 minutes for walking until the bus atop, 5 minutes travel on the vehicle and 10 minutes to spare before getting late.

Before I continued my way, I looked back and took a snap of the happy group. Ok bid goodbye and went ahead hurrying.

The sunglasses is on my bag and I didn't bother taking it out since it would require a few seconds of stopping and I couldn't afford to lose time.

I was snapping pictures while walking and snapped on this dragon fruit that had bloomed, and new fruits are already on the way. I bet passerbys would drool upon seeing the fruits grow and ripe.

I saw an elderly man on a hammock chilling by the side of the road. Oh, I wish I could experience this one day, he looks like he is not thinking on what to put on the table on the next meal

I turned left on the intersection and shadows are coming! I also saw a tree in full bloom of purple- pinkish flowers and I wished I would be able to stop on the tree on the following day..

On the intersecton on the provincial road, a group of motorcycle drivers asked if I would need their help and I refuses since I already nade up my mind with my plan stated above. I chose walking to Avoid additional expenses and also I wanted to ne out in the sun, walk for a bit and take pictures because it isvery exciting. I looked on the road from where the bus I need would come and saw that the road was empty and so I didn't stop. I crossed the road to b visible formtnhe6 drivers and continued walking while waiting for a vehicle.

I passed by on a motorcycle outlet and outside a parked motorcycle that gave me a wonderful shadow.

I continued my walk, passe by a galosine station where my husband chooses. Their price is down by 1 peso per liter of gas and is a great option for us.

Five minutes has passed and I'm not halfway, I walked faster but never left the phone in my hand. I also happen to cross paths with this dog which crossed the road. I kept looking back in the hope that a bus would appear but nothing was in sight yet.

Despite trying hard to walk faster, my pace ws still the same; perhaps it was because of my steel-toe boots, or it could be the lose gravel that I walked. My back where my bag pressed my clothes started to sweat and I liked it. I seldomly sweat and I really think I need it everyday yet I get loaded with things sometimes and sometimes I am already tired from my work. Anyway no rush in doing things because I know I will reach it one day..

I passed by on more shadows along the road until I came to the elementary school. It seem very empty by the absence of the teachers and students. It used to be filled with energy and laughter

The sun was very hot already even at 8 am and thosw motorcycle drives hid on the shadows of the tree and the woman who just crossed the road was already using her umbrella for protection.

I heard a loud horn and I waa not mistaken that it was a bus, I signaled it to stop and it did! Thankfully there was not much passengers inside.

The bus had a TV mounted at the front to entertain passengers adding to the luxury of traveling with thier service.

Many passengers climbed aboard on the bus stop, and the dispatcher was waiting for his share. Five minutes later I was already at my workplace safe and sound

Apparently, this ends my walk and my usual routine would start.

I really enjoy walking even for a short time, but since my busy schedule, I could not sonI take every small chances I have and staple it yo lasting memories..
